Payment Policy

Please see below changes in terms and conditions to our policy on payment of equine accounts.

The main changes are in relation to the routine procedures and ordering of medication which from the 01/03/2024 will require payment before or on the day.

These will include,

• Vaccinations
• Dentals
• Medication reviews
• Passports and Microchips
• Strangles blood tests and ACTH blood tests
• Pre-Purchase examinations

All non-routine work will be invoiced within 24 hours and payment will be required within 7 days.

Payment can be made prior to an appointment by card payment over the phone or via our website at https://www.robsonprescott.co.uk/online-payment.

Payment can be made on the day via cash or on our mobile PDQ card machines which one of our vets will bring to your visit.
