Melanie Scott

Melanie was incredibly proud to qualify as a Veterinary nurse in 1994 and has continued to be as passionate about her role ever since.

Three decades on Mel still strives to make a difference in the job that she does; caring for your pet, nursing every patient as if he or she were her own and always being enthusiastic in all that she does.

Melanie loves to inspire and train the nurses of the future and enjoys playing her part to ensure and enable our team deliver compassionate care.

She enjoys spending her spare time with her family and pets, coaching young people in trampolining for fun and competitively, gardening, reading and more recently yoga flow.

Melanie has a total of seven pets- two dogs, two cats, two hens and one tortoise, five of these she acquired through working in a vets!

She likes drinking coffee and occasionally gin (not together though!) and considers herself lucky that she still looks forward to going to work each day.
