FUNDRAISING EVENT

46% of households in the UK have pets and with over 40,000 house fires a year, it’s an unfortunate fact that pets die from smoke inhalation.

We were surprised to find out that the Fire & Rescue Services are not provided with any equipment specifically for animal resuscitation and support.

With this in mind, Robson & Prescott have teamed up with Smokey Paws, a non-profit organisation producing animal resuscitation kits, we have set ourselves the high target of providing one kit for every fire engine/appliance in the Northumberland and Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Services, a total of 46 kits!

We have been holding a number of events in practice to raise money and we have already reached 1/3rd of our total target.

We are now planning our BIGGEST event yet!

On the 20th May, 14 members of staff will be walking 26km of the Northumberland Coastline.
